Brookfields ‘Barrique Fermented’ Viognier 2021 750ml
The fruit for this wine was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation was in a mix of new and seasoned oak barriques, which are placed in a temperature controlled cellar for the duration of the fermentation. It was then left on its lees for 10 months before racking and bottling.
The 2020 ‘Barrique Fermented’ Viognier is a fruit bomb. Decidedly aromatic, expressing peach, mineral, lemon grass, spice and subtle oak. As suggested by its name, it was barrel fermented. There was one new barrique in the stack. The ‘Barrique Fermented’ Viognier has fashioned an excellent reputation in wine shows, having won two Trophies and numerous medals – the 2020 ‘Barrique Fermented’ Viognier should continue the family tradition.

The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
