The grapes for this delightful Rose were grown in the Bridge Pa Triangle District of Hawke’s Bay on alluvial and red metal soils.
This complex Reserve Rosé is crafted in a dry style from premium Hawke’s Bay grapes. With aromas of cherry blossom, it exudes lovely strawberry and raspberry flavours, complemented with subtle rock melon and red current notes. The palate is textural and full-bodied, yet delicate. Fresh and vibrant, enjoy on its own or with salmon and beetroot, snow pea and goat cheese salad.
