Flor De Caña 25 Year Old Rum 700ML
A 25-year old, ultra premium rum that is sustainably produced (Carbon Neutral & Fair Trade certified). From a 5th generation family estate, it is naturally aged without artificial ingredients or added sugar, distilled 100% with renewable energy and KOSHER certified. A full-bodied rum with a long and smooth finish that lingers in the palate. Best enjoyed neat or on a rock, and paired with 70% cocoa chocolate.
TASTING NOTE
In short: toasted wood – nuts – maple syrup – coconut – salted butter caramel
The nose gives off alcohol vapours with fine notes of oxidised fruit. The toasted wood and roasted nuts are quite dry and almost charcoal-like. The woodiness is also spicy and fragrant, like cedar wood. The maple syrup is both caramelised and woody, and then a little freshness comes in as a surprise. It seems to come from the coconut and its slightly milky water, which leads us towards something creamier like a vanilla crème brûlée or a butterscotch.
The palate is soft and quite balanced and tasty. The caramel is rich, leaning more towards its Breton version with salted butter. The molasses covers a wood that seems more fragile than on the nose, the cocoa and coffee remind us of an Irish Coffee, renamed Caribbean Coffee for the occasion.
On the finish, coffee, liquorice and cocoa linger, with some vanilla at the very end.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
