WINEMAKER’S NOTES
We hand picked and whole bunch pressed each block separately before vinifying as Individual lots.Fermentations were long and quite cool between 12 and 15 degrees. Judiciously selected noble Botrvtis bunches were Included at between 5 and 10% ofthe overall fruit selection. Lots were blended together after five months on yeast lees, before estate bottling without fining.
‘Medium-dry riesling with apricot, peach, lime, grapefruit, citrus and floral rose petal. Subtle sweetness is perfectly balanced by tangy acidity giving the wine delicious tension. Smooth-textured with a lengthy finish.’–Bob Campbell

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
