Hand-picked, 8th to 14th March. A selected blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay. Bottle-fermented and aged on lees. Riddled and disgorged by hand from early 2018 onwards at Quartz Reef. The winemaking was very much in keeping with the traditional practices of the Old World. The winemaker, Rudi Bauer, has combined these techniques, and his own personal understanding, to create this wine.
Tasting Notes
A sparkling wine exuding elegance and finesse. Pale yellow with a bouquet of green apple and hints of lime and brioche. On the palate, this is flirtatious and moreish. Enhanced by an invigorating cool, creamy acidity. Focused, cool and crisp with beautiful balance and length.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
